SMART Housing

One and two-bedroom rentals available through the SMART Housing program. The affordable apartments at Broadstone North Lamar are restricted to those households with 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). AMI is calculated annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) and is the combined average household income for the area.
